Back on the Box

Backstage, Behind The Scenes, Entertainment, Stellar TV, What's Going On?
4th January 2011

It’s been a sad, lonely, long Christmas. No, not because we didn’t find what we wanted under the tree, (Tiffany ring howarya?) and not because we didn’t eat our weight in turkey sandwiches (cos eh, we did, and then some) but because our favourite show on the tellybox, (and not just because we’re in it) has been off our screens for far too long. But whimper no more folks, because Fade Street is back.

Next week will the see the first of another six episodes of hi-jinks from Louise, Vogue, Cici, and Dani as well as a few new stars. Expect another run of bust-ups and break-ups, work disasters and party dramas. Plus see a few cameos from the rest of us here at STELLAR Towers including an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the STELLAR Birthday Party in the very first episode.

Excited? Us? Never…

Check out the new series of Fade Street starting at its new slot next Monday, (January 10th) on RTE 2 at 10.50pm.

P.S. Don’t forget to watch our new STELLAR BFF, Conor Behan online with Following Fade Street after the show here

Being Irish and away from home for years now I just just crave anything that reminds me of Dublin and how much it is changing!By chance I saw about Fade Street and it being the Irish version of The Hills! So wrong! Now,I admit,I shun all this type of TV programme, give me QI all day any day, know what I mean like? But I am hooked on Fade Street! I do have to watch it on YouTube but that is even better as I have just watched all the first 6 episodes. It still has that cringe factor that the girls think they are living in LA or Miami, but, hey,if they’re happy, why deny them of that!Actually,it may not be sunny and warm most of the year in Ireland, but who needs that when the Irish provide you with that straight from the heart! I mean, look how cold and superficial they are in The Hills and not forgetting OMG the oompa loompas in Essex Girls. No,I enjoy Fade Street and I’m gonna get all my girlfriends at work here in the UK to watch it!!

Have your say
